Become a Licensed Sales Agent


Come and work for a stable, growing and successful insurance agency! We provide intensive paid training when you come on board AND we provide daily continuous training to propel our agents to uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Meet production goals
  • Sell via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
  • Quote and close sales
  • Build relationships
  • Obtain referrals
  • Maintain product knowledge

Requirements

  • Be willing to learn, be intuitive and be resourceful
  • Be coachable with a strong desire to succeed

  • Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency

  • Be willing to obtain your Property & Casualty license, if not already licensed

Additional Information

  • Pay: $65k - $100k+, base + commission
  • Paid Time: Holidays, Vacation, Sick
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Live & Accident, Disability, 4101(k)
  • Preferred Experience: Property and Casualty licensed or sales with 1+ years of experience
  • Education: High school or equivalent
  • Remote work will be considered upon meeting performance standards
