I have been serving customers in the financial services industry since 1992.  When I’m not focusing on our customers, I like to travel across the globe as well as host parties for our friends.  My goal is to ensure you and your family are protected when the unexpected happens.

 As a proud mother of 3 living in Fort Worth, Texas I love spending time with family and friends, traveling, or watching ALL the movies. In my quiet time, you'll find me working out, practicing yoga or reading a book. Having been in the insurance industry for more than 10 years in varied positions, I’ve now translated that success into a passion for coaching and developing the team as we support our community and customers!

Dee Diggs - Associate Agent

Hi, I’m Dee Diggs. I am originally from Texas and love my state. I love helping people and educating them on the importance of protecting their assets. I have been in the industry for quite a while and I have seen how it has changed over time. My goal is to make sure that I not only help people by providing them the coverage they need, but by also by providing them with assistance and knowledge about what they have. Some of my hobbies include art, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Mireya Handy - Retention Specialist

I am a loving wife and mother from the small town of Portales, NM who enjoys spreading love and positive energy wherever I go. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for the last 7 years and I found that my passion is helping people. “Benevolence” is a word I’ve dedicated myself to live by, meaning “the quality of being well-meaning; kindness.” Life isn’t always a kind place so I’m here to support a little light during the journey. I’m a helper by nature and I’m happy to help you. My hobbies include yoga, meditation, traveling, and spending time with my adorable doggos Lily Bear and Mochi Bear. I am fired up to work with such a wonderful team of individuals who are just as passionate about helping others as I am.

Benjamin Heiting - Associate Agent

I’m a Texas man, here to serve the people of this great state. I’ve known for a long time that my purpose on this earth is to better the lives of those around me. I spent my college career getting involved in a number of philanthropic ventures and found that helping others brought me far more joy than helping myself ever did. Upon graduating I took a position at a last chance car lot selling affordable vehicles to folks who were dealt a bad hand in life and needed a second chance. After leaving that industry the next logical step for me was insurance. I know I didn’t understand a thing about it before I started selling cars but seeing how many of my customers were woefully uninsured, I made it my goal to insure every Texas resident I can. I want to make sure everyone is in good hands!

I thrive on being part of a dynamic team that aims to empower our clients and am dedicated to educating others about insurance coverages and options. Family is at the core of everything I do, and I approach helping others with the same care and commitment as I do for my own loved ones. Outside of work, you can find me cooking for my large family gatherings and attempting to nurture my gardening skills, despite not having a green thumb! Michelle Zuniga - Customer Service

I’ve been in insurance since 2005. I am married and we have two wonderful boys. My family loves to spend weekends with our classic car club, showing off our ’63 Impala, spending time with our friends and meeting new people. The favorite part of my job is being able to take care of all my customers’ needs in the manner that fits them best.
